It's cool to be kind - Mufti Day
Last week for our community impact project in It's cool to be kind group before we start we watch a short film about kindness and we decided to have a mufti day and gold coin donation. On period one we share some ideas as a big group and after that we do some brainstorm as a group and share some ideas what theme can we do on mufti day. On our group we share some ideas like pigtails, black and white, denim, and bright colors, after that we share our ideas as a big group again and we some voting for what theme we can do to our mufti day some of us suggest a scary theme, black and white but after the voting out group decided that we are going to do a Radical Rainbow since a lot of us agree with it. On mufti we also doing gold coin donation for kids can. Kids Can is a charity that needed some things that they need but they don't have it, for our gold coin donation is going to Kids Can so we can help them. Last week we also do some posters and some of us do a DLO, the poster that we did is on around the school so that other students can see them since we are doing mufti and gold coin donation. The purpose of our mufti day is to help the Kids Can and to spread kindness on our community because being kind is one of the important thing that we need to learn how to do it. You can be kind just doing some simple things like helping others and be with them if they needed someone to comfort them if they had a problem.

Kamusta Shiela!
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed meeting you and working with you in CIP this term. You are a hard worker and I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into your blog work. I like the poster that you created for our Mufti Day, I hope you saw it hanging up around the school. What types of projects would you like to do this term?
Keep up the great work.
