Mindfulness Well being

Image result for mindfulnessEvery day before we start our class we are spending 10 minutes to do the mindfulness time. Mindfulness time is a time that we can choose some activity t do for 10 minutes, we have a lot of choices to do and we are changing our choices every week. Mindfulness is helping the us to relax, calm and be ready to learn to the whole day. Listening to music, coloring, silent reading are some of the choices that you can do for your mindfulness time.


Image result for mindfulnessDoing mindfulness time every start of the day is helping me a lot. Even though we just spent 10 minutes every day for this is alright and helpful. Mindfulness time is helping to be ready to learn and helping me to set and think the goals that I want to achieve for that day.



Image result for mindfulnessWhile doing mindfulness you can feel a lot of emotions this emotions can calm, happy, sleepy and relaxed, you can feel this emotions by doing the mindfulness. Also all of us has different ways that we think can make us calm and relaxed. Some of us can feel relaxed while listening to music, painting, watching videos and                                                        reading we have a lot of choices and ways to do this.
