Wananga Reflection

Yesterday we celebrate our 2021 Salu-Salo. If you didn't know what it is, it's a celebration of Filipino Group here in Hornby High School. You will see a lot of performance from different groups of Filipino students in HHS. Yesterday was really fun because there are a lot of cool performance and games happened during salu-salo. Also, every year in salu-salo we are having a shared dinner. Every family can bring foods for the dinner, also for the guest and staff. Their performance is really great because they spend a lot of time practicing, also they have these cool outfit from the Filipino culture. My favourite part of the event is the fashion show, when the students do a introduction while wearing the different cultural outfit in our country.
